The American Conference Institute (ACI) will be presenting its 18th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes Conference on April 19-20, 2023 in New York City. As in the past, this curated program will not only address "hot" topics but also will put the issues within the context of pre-suit considerations, case filings, final adjudication, and every step in between.
This year's co-chairs include Honorable Kathleen M. O'Malley (Of Counsel, Irell & Manella LLP), Neema Kumar (Vice President IP, North America, Sandoz), and Serena Farquharson Torres (Executive Director, Assistant General Counsel, Bristol Myers Squibb).
The Paragraph IV Disputes Conference has gathered over 30 sponsors, including Akin Gump, King & Spalding, Axinn, Steptoe & Johnson, Knobbe Martens, and Loeb & Loeb.
Joining participants will be Hatch-Waxman litigators, in-house advisers, Chief IP and senior IP/Patent counsel from leading brand name and generic pharmaceutical companies, who will discuss, debate, and analyze the latest trends, decisions, legislative and regulatory advancements affecting Hatch-Waxman litigation. The Conference will also feature Judges — both from the federal judiciary, and USPTO's PTAB, and officials from the FTC and the FDA.
