The Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) and Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) will be offering a one-hour webinar entitled "Life After Brexit - IP Developments in UK and Europe" on June 29, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (ET). Caelia Bryn-Jacobsen of Kilburn & Strode, Matthew Georgiou of Carpmaels & Ransford, and Leythem Wall of Oxon IP will address recent IP developments in the United Kingdom and Europe post-Brexit. The panel will provide an overview of IP rights, the UK and European litigation landscape, and address what has (and has not) changed in the UK. The webinar will also address the following topics:

• The Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court (UPC)
• UK patent, trademark, and design rights
• Representation rights UK, EPO, and UPC
