The Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) will be offering a remote program entitled "Breaking Global Developments (AI, UPC)" on October 28, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (ET). Greg Gramenapaulos of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP will moderate a panel consisting of Clemens Heusch of Nokia Corporation, Tim Powell of Powell Gilbert LLP, Robynne Sanders of DLA Piper LLP (Australia), and Ralf Ulrich of Google LLC. The panel will address breaking global developments related to Artificial Intelligence (Al), recent German patent law reforms, and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
