American Conference Institute (ACI) will be holding its 15th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes Conference on April 26, 2021 from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm (EST) and April 27, 2021 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm (EST) as a VIRTUAL conference.

There will also be back-to-back break-out sessions, with the alternatives being "The Economics and Economy of Drug Patents with ACI's Hatch-Waxman Series Advisory Board Members Optimizing Product Selection, Identifying Targets for Litigation and Monetizing IP Portfolios" or "The Practice of Hatch-Waxman Litigation: PIV on Trial Structuring Settlements and Antitrust Considerations for the PIV Litigator." The first day will also feature faculty-attendee roundtables at the end of the day.
