Hey Kevin,

If only we had some Federal Circuit judges with the spine of this Magistrate. Also, given the current coronavirus outbreak, what would happen if diagnostic methods as well as treatments for such serious medical diseases were not actively researched because 101 eligibility barriers made such research cost prohibitive?

I have lost track of the multitude of back and forth decisions that have created a veritable Gordian Knot of eligibility jurisprudence (pick a desired End - either way - and there is a court case that supports that decision), so let me just say:

ping AND pong

(and Judge O'Malley's entreaty to the Supreme Court has already been answered tot eh negative some, what now, 50+ times....?)
