The John Marshall Law School Center for Intellectual Property, Information & Privacy Law and Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) Board of Managers will be hosting former U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) judge Theodore R. Essex who will be presenting on "The ITC: An Insider's View" from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on October 15, 2019 at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. Mr. Essex will provide insight into one of the most consequential agencies of the U.S. Government for the enforcement of IP -- the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), which is at the epicenter of litigation for patent disputes -- not only in the U.S. but also disputes originating between companies around the globe, adjudicating cases involving billions of dollars in product value.
