Looks like a great topic - is a recording of the session going to be made available? The time works out at 4am here in New Zealand so a little early.

I wonder whether the Webinar will touch on the CRISPR patents and the filing date competition between the rival filers. Especially when the intense competition plays out under First to File law.

The rivals are already competing in various oppositions at the EPO, throwing enormous sums of money into the struggle, and thereby enriching the jurisprudence under the EPC. Long may it continue.
