Hey Michael,

Never were truer words said. That Wallach does not see it that way shows that we've gone from the surreal to the absurd in terms of the nonsensical and broken Mayo/Alice framework foisted on us by Our Judicial Mount Olympus.

If it quacks like a duck...

Law WRITING (no matter the Constitutional delegation) has occurred.

That law writing suffers from Void for Vagueness.

Someone should tell the Emperor that winter is approaching.
