The Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) Patents-International Committee will be presenting a panel discussion entitled "European and Canadian Patent Practices" on September 26, 2018 from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm (CT) at the DePaul College of Law in Chicago, IL. Part 1 of the seminar, to be presented by Dr. Mash-Hud Iqbal of Marks & Clerk, will be devoted to tips on drafting patent applications for filing in the European Patent Office. Part 2 of the seminar, to be presented by Tomas Karger of Marks & Clerk, will cover maximizing patent protection in Canada.
