The Federal Circuit Bar Association and Michigan IP Inn of Court will be hosting a program entitled "Federal Circuit Practice & Insights: A Townhall with Federal Circuit Judge Kara Stoll" from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm ET on April 10, 2018 at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in Detroit, MI. Attendees will be able to gain new insights and enhance their advocacy skills in patent appeals by hearing directly from Judge Kara Stoll of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and also learn best practices for presenting argument in briefs and at oral argument and how to avoid the most common mistakes and pitfalls that hinder the likelihood of success.
