The John Marshall Law School Center for Intellectual Property, Information & Privacy Law, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and Kuhnen & Wacker will be offering an "International Patent Prosecution and Practice Seminar" on September 14-15, 2017 at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. The seminar is a two-day, comprehensive CLE program that brings together seasoned experts to provide instruction on the issues of contemporary significance when seeking to obtain patent rights under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and the European Patent Convention (EPC), as well as enforcing such patent rights.
