As part of its ongoing Supreme Court series, the American University Washington College of Law Program on Information Justice & Intellectual Property will be hosting a post-argument discussion on the Impression Products, Inc. v. Lexmark International, Inc. case from 4:15 to 5:45 pm (Eastern) on March 21, 2017 at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. The panel discussion will be moderated by Prof. Michael Carroll, American University Washington College of Law, with a panel consisting of Paul Hughes of Mayer Brown, Counsel for Petitioner; and Ariel Lavinbuk of Robins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber LLP, representing Costco Wholesale Corp. on amicus brief.
