Hey Michael,

Frankly, continuing to provide such guidelines is a fruitless exercise, as the law on patent-eligibility is a continuous moving target as the Federal Circuit tries valiantly (not always successfully) to render order out of the chaos created by the nonsensical and broken Mayo/Alice framework.

The executive branch is merely trying to WRITE (in the empty spaces of) law that has been poorly WRITTEN by the judicial branch, while both neglect the fact that this particular type of law has been EXPRESSLY delegated only (and fully) to the legislative branch.

Such poor scrivining in such ultra vires manner can only lead to no good.
