Webcast on Defend Trade Secrets Act

ALIThe American Law Institute (ALI) will be offering a telephone seminar/audio webcast entitled "The Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016: What You Need To Know" on June 9, 2016 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm (Eastern).  Claire Laporte of Foley Hoag LLP and Russell Beck of Beck Reed Riden LLP will provide information on the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 (DTSA) and how it can be used to protect vital trade secrets.  Topics to be covered during the webcast include:
