Comments

Looking (again) at the seven chosen metrics from the 2014 writing, I recall that David Stein did an expose on what "quality" - as listed in the chosen metrics - really means (and it was not the quality that ordinary folk would understand quality to be).

The adage of "you get what you measure" and the careful selection of "what" you are measuring should be better aligned with "best management practices."
