Nathan Kelley, Acting Chief Administrative Patent Judge for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Patent and Trial Appeal Board, will give a presentation on "Two Views of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office" from 4 to 5:30 pm on April 5, 2016 as part of the John Marshall Law School Center for Intellectual Property, Information & Privacy Law IP Lecture Series. Judge Kelley, who previously served as the USPTO's Solicitor and Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property Law, will share insights and observations gained from his service as Solicitor and now as Acting Chief Judge of the PTAB.
