The John Marshall Law School Center for Intellectual Property Law will be holding its 60th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference on February 26, 2016 in Chicago, IL. The conference will consist of the following sessions:

• Lexmark and Patent Exhaustion in the Federal Circuit
• Drafting and Prosecuting Patents in the Present Challenging Patenting Environment
• Thwarting Challenges to Patents in IPRs
