The George Washington Law School will be holding a Post-Grant Practice Roundtable Discussion on October 13, 2015 at the George Washington University Law School. The half-day program will explore current issues with U.S. post-grant review from two perspectives: first, the post-grant practice at the PTAB and second, how the development of post-grant procedures has affected patent enforcement and defensive strategies in district courts. The roundtable will also discuss how post-grant proceedings have changed the practice of patent law.
Additional information about the conference, including a list of speakers and topics to be covered, and registration information can be found here.
