The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) will be offering a webinar on "Claim Construction Caselaw Update: Mechanical & Chemical Arts" on June 9, 2015 from 12:30 - 2:00 pm (Eastern). Elizabeth K. Gemmell of Berenato & White, LLC and Barry J. Herman of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP will cover various aspects of claim construction, including the importance of providing multiple embodiments, preserving the single embodiment, over-limiting preambles, means-plus-function construction, claim differentiation, and manufacturing practices affecting claim language.
