Divide and conquer...

Is this just another example of academics who deprive their employers of valuable patent rights by publicizing their work before even filing a provisional patent application? [This is going to get worse under the AIA version of 102.]

Why can't I find this decision on the PTAB decisions site: http://e-foia.uspto.gov/Foia/DispatchBPAIServlet?RetrieveRecent=30 ??

What happened to the thread on "The Iron Law of Unintended Consequences"? It vanished.
