MBHB Webinar on PTAB Invalidity Proceedings

McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP will be offering a live webinar entitled "PTAB Invalidity Proceedings -- Lessons Learned in the First Two Years" on November 20, 2014 from 10:00 am to 11:15 am (CT).  MBHB attorneys Alison Baldwin and Rory Shea will look at the rise of PTAB invalidity proceedings since their introduction and the lessons we have learned along the way, and address the following topics:

• An overview of PTAB invalidity proceedings and how they are being used;
• A discussion of the lessons we have learned over the PTAB's first two years relating to initiating a PTAB proceeding, defending against a PTAB petition, conducting discovery during a PTAB proceeding, and putting on a PTAB trial; and
• A look at the future of PTAB invalidity proceedings and their role in the landscape of patent litigation.
