Strafford will be offering a webinar/teleconference entitled "Alice Corp. v. CLS Bank: Patent Eligibility of Software-Related Inventions" on July 30, 2014 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm (EDT). Michael L. Kiklis and Stephen G. Kunin of Oblon Spivak McClelland Maier & Neustadt will examine the Supreme Court's Alice Corp. v. CLS Bank Int'l decision and its impact on patent eligibility for software-related inventions, and discuss what counsel to companies need to do to get patent protection for inventions implemented in computer software. The webinar will review the following questions:
