IPO Webinar on Privilege in Patent Disputes

The Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) will offer a one-hour webinar entitled "Privilege in Patent Disputes: Thorny Issues Involving Patent Agents and Foreign Lawyers" on February 19, 2014 beginning at 2:00 pm (ET).  A panel consisting of Anthony Tridico of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP; Heather Repicky of Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP; and Buckmaster De Wolf, General Counsel of GE Global Research will discuss the case law that governs situations involving patent agents and foreign lawyers, and what internal procedures companies and law firms should rely on to maintain privilege whenever possible.
