IBC Life Sciences will be holding its 2nd annual Pharma Legal Affairs conference on May 21-23, 2013 in Shanghai, China. IBC faculty will offer presentations on the following topics:

In addition, two post-conference workshops will be offered on May 23, 2013. The first, entitled "Due Diligence for Pharma-Biotech Collaboration and R&D Agreement," will be held from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, and the second, entitled "Anti Bribery and Corruption Compliance for Pharmaceutical Companies," will be held from 1:30 to 5:00 pm.
