Comments

The USPTO was and is the wrong body to look into this matter, but that apparently was lost on the [choose a colorful plural descriptor] who passed the AIA. Good to know that the people in charge at the PTO realized that if the PTO had to do triage to meet deadlines for implementation of the AIA, this was one of the tasks that could be deferred.
