Webinar on Supplemental Examination

IPO #2The Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) will offer a one-hour webinar on "Supplemental Examination: Rules and Strategy" on September 18, 2012 beginning at 2:00 pm (ET).  A panel consisting of Robert Bahr, Deputy Commissioner for Patent Examination Policy, USPTO; Courtenay Brinckerhoff of Foley & Lardner LLP; and Kurtis MacFerrin of Google, Inc. will discuss the final rules and when a patent holder would be well advised to ask for supplemental examination, balancing the risks and benefits.
