In small part, the post states "Therefore, it is important keep in mind what Mayo said, and more importantly, what Mayo did not say (regardless of what either party would like to read into the decision)."

This is a curse, as what Mayo did say is nonsensical and self-contradicting. I have not run into anyone that can adequately explain the self-conflicting legal positions in Mayo.

Except of course me, who you really don't want to believe.

No 6, not anyone.

Including you.

It is not a matter of not wanting to believe you. It is a matter of you not saying anything believable.
