The Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) will offer a one-hour webinar entitled "Personalized Medicine after Prometheus: Exploring the Limits of Patent-Eligibility" on April 5, 2012 beginning at 2:00 pm (ET). A panel consisting of Patent Docs author Dr. Kevin Noonan of McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff; Jonathan Singer of Fish & Richardson, who has represented the Mayo Clinic in its patent litigation with Prometheus; and Bryan Zielinski, Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Head of Pfizer's Business Unit IP group, will examine ways forward after the Mayo decision.
