Patent Reengineering - is this reenginering the Office portion of the patent process (examination), or something else?
...In the Discovery Arts - In Bilski, didn't the majority lose Scalia when it attempted to discuss the possibility that answers to the 101 question may be different for different arts? Based on that, wouldn't whate vere discussed in this section be applicable to all sections?
