USPTO News: Patent Office Tweaks Fees Some More

Uspto_seal_background On August 28, 2007, we reported that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office would be adjusting patent fees to reflect fluctuations in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), and that the new fees would become effective on September 30, 2007.  Last Friday, the PTO published a notice in the Federal Register to correct errors in the Office's previous notice.  A listing of the revised fees can be obtained here.  As with the previous fee adjustment, the revised fees went into effect yesterday.
