The Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will be co-sponsoring the 18th Annual Conference on U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Law and Practice (
PTO Day) on December 3, 2007 in
Washington, D.C. While a program for the conference is not yet available, the IPO has announced that the conference will include several presentations on the new patent continuation and claims rules.
The registration fee for the conference is $600. Those interested in registering can do so here.
It will be interesting to see who is willing to fork over $600 to attend any event showcasing the PTO.
