USPTO News: Patent Office to Adjust Fees

Uspto_seal_background_3 Last Wednesday, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office published a notice in the Federal Register announcing that, pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 41(f), the Office will be adjusting patent fees to reflect fluctuations in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).  The new fees will become effective on September 30, 2007.  A listing of current fee amounts can be obtained here.
