Infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,326,570 ("Advanced Drug Delivery System and Method of Treating Psychiatric, Neurological and Other Disorders with Carbamazepine," issued July 5, 1994) and 5,912,013 (same title, issued June 15, 1999) following a paragraph IV certification as part of Teva's filing of an ANDA to manufacture a generic version of Shire's Carbatrol® (carbamazepine, used to treat seizure disorders or trigeminal neuralgia).
