Abbott Licenses Antibody Test for Prostate Cancer

Macroarray_technologies MacroArray Technologies, LLC has announced that it has licensed its PCADM-1 antibody test to Abbott.  The PCADM-1 protein is a prostate specific protein that can be detected in the urine.  The protein is overexpressed in malignant prostate tumors.  Under the terms of the agreement, Abbott will develop and market the PCADM-1 test.  Specific terms were not disclosed in the press release.
