The Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) will be holding its Ninth Annual Federal Judicial Panel from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on March 5, 2014 at the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, IL.  Margaret M. Duncan of McDermott, Will & Emery will moderate a panel consisting of The Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman, The Honorable John W. Darrah, and The Honorable Virginia M. Kendall.  The panel will discuss the following topics:

• N.D. Illinois 2013-2014 IP Litigation Trends
• The Supreme Court's IP docket
• Patent Office Litigation and Its Effect on District Courts
• Electronic Discovery
