The Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) will offer a one-hour webinar entitled "Antibody Patents after Centocor" on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 beginning at 2:00 PM (ET). The IPO webinar will examine how much descrioption is enough when it comes to written description for antibody patents as well as discuss the obviousness challenges antibody patents face since KSR. The speakers include Jack Brennan of Fish & Richardson, Nicholas Groombridge of Weil Gotshal, and Jane Gunnison of Ropes & Gray.
